‘Eega’ magic is not at all ended and spread to Bollywood as well with its earth shattering overseas business. Rajamouli’s work has been appreciated for the special effects sequences. Interesting screenplay about a Fly taking revenge and the way it was told in a thrilling fashion is the key point in the movie.
This movie has Sudeep, Nani & Samantha in the lead roles. The makers are now planning to remake it in Hindi as well.
According to sources the makers are going to retain the portion of Sudeep and Samantha from ‘Eega’ as it is and they want to shoot the portion of Nani only. The Hindi version is titled ‘Makhi’ and they want a Bollywood actor to reprise Nani’s role. Reportedly, the makers have already approached Abhishek Bachchan and he has accepted this petite offer.
As Sudeep is a known face in Bollywood with movies like ‘Rann’, ‘Phoonk’, ‘Phoonk 2′ and ‘Rakta Charitra’ there is no need to replace him.
SS Rajamouli had earlier confirmed that ‘Makhi’ is on the way to Bollywood. It is said that Sudeep and Samantha have already dubbed for the Hindi version. But it is yet to decide whether to release the special effects experia in 2D or 3D by the makers.
